Returns & Refunds

If goods are confirmed as faulty by us and returned within 14 working days of receipt we will issue a refund. The returned item is your responsibility until it's received by us. We therefore recommend you send the parcel back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the full value of the goods as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post. Your rights to return the goods do not apply in the following circumstances:   

a.) Any gifts that have been made or personalised specifically for you.

b.) Where, in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. Where they have not been returned in their original packaging.

c.) Where you have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has been sent for production.

d.) Where you upload the wrong photo or design

If you return an item because of an error on our part, or because the product is defective, we will happily refund the full value of the item. The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it within 14 days of delivery. By the very individual nature of personalised products, they cannot be re-sold, and therefore we cannot accept returns if you have a change of mind.  

When goods are confirmed as despatched from us or one of our suppliers but are delayed and seem to have gone missing in transit. Our ability to react to this generally mirrors the Royal Mail, DPD missing items policy but may differ depending on the product. However as a general rule on greeting cards we will endeavour to deal with any issue within five working days of the card not being received and personalised gifts within ten working days of the gift not being received on the expected delivery date.
